How does payment work for custom orders?G+G requires full payment before ANY custom orders begin. Once payment is received, work will start.

How long does the customer order process take?All items are made to order. Please allow 5 -7 business days to process your order, however, we will work hard to get orders out as soon as possible. For larger/bulk orders processing can take up to 7 - 10 business days. All prices and products are subject to change without notice.

Do you take rush orders?Yes we do but additional rush order fee of 20% will be applied of order total.

What brands do you use for printing?G+G sources various brands (see our brands list). Please feel free to request the brand of your liking. Pricing will vary per brand.

What if an item is out of stock?Occasionally, items requested may be out of stock or no longer available. These circumstances are out of our control. G+G will do our best to substitute the item with one of similar quality. We will reach out to you for your approval prior to ordering the item.

AvailabilityG+G regularly adds and subtracts items to/from the Site and does not guarantee that an item listed for sale is always in stock.

Returns/ExchangesAll custom orders or any other custom items sales are FINAL. No refunds/exchanges will be issued unless a mistake was made by G+G and its employees. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CancellationsPlease review the following terms in regards to cancellations: We do not process order cancellations on printed or decorated merchandise. For customer orders that have not yet begun production, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order (Rush Orders are not included.)

Shipping/DeliveryAll orders will be shipped by either USPS in the United States ONLY unless otherwise expressed in writing to G+G and their employees. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification at the email address included with your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location. G+G is not responsible for nor have any control over any shipping delays by USPS. Please not delays are inevitable during the holiday season. Once we have delivered your items to USPS, we have no further tracking information than what they have available on their website. Local delivery is available for bulk items. (Delivery fees may apply.)
